Paul M. Rady

Paul M. Rady was a co-founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antero Resources Corporation since May 2004 and of its predecessor company from its founding in 2002 to its ultimate sale to XTO Energy, Inc. in April 2005. Mr. Rady has also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antero Midstream Corporation since the closing of its simplification transaction in March 2019. Prior to the simplification, Mr. Rady served as Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Antero Midstream GP LP beginning in January 2017 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of such entity beginning in April 2017. Mr. Rady also previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Antero Midstream Partners LP beginning in February 2014. Prior to co-founding Antero Resources Corporation, Mr. Rady served as President, CEO and Chairman of Pennaco Energy from 1998 until its sale to Marathon in early 2001. Prior to Pennaco, Mr. Rady was with Barrett Resources from 1990 until 1998 where he initially was recruited as Chief Geologist in 1990, then served as Exploration Manager, EVP Exploration, President, COO and Director and ultimately CEO. Mr. Rady began his career with Amoco where he served 10 years as a geologist focused on the Rockies and Mid-Continent. Mr. Rady is the managing member of Salisbury Investment Holdings, LLC. Mr. Rady holds a B.A. in Geology from Western State College of Colorado and M.Sc. in Geology from Western Washington University.

Glen C. Warren Jr.

Glen C. Warren, Jr. was a co-founder and has served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary and as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since May 2004. Mr. Warren served as President and Chief Financial Officer and as a director of its predecessor company from its founding in 2002 to its ultimate sale to XTO Energy, Inc. in April 2005. Mr. Warren has also served as President and Secretary and as a director of Antero Midstream Corporation since the closing of its simplification transaction in March 2019. Prior to the simplification, Mr. Warren served as President and Secretary of the general partner of Antero Midstream GP LP beginning in January 2017, and as a director of such entity beginning in April 2017. Mr. Warren also previously served as President and Secretary and as a director of the general partner of Antero Midstream Partners LP beginning in January 2016, prior to which he served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary and as a director beginning February 2014.  Prior to co-founding Antero Resources Corporation, Mr. Warren served as EVP, CFO and Director of Pennaco Energy from 1998 until its sale to Marathon in early 2001. Mr. Warren spent 10 years as a natural resources investment banker focused on equity and debt financing and M&A advisory with Lehman Brothers, Dillon Read and Kidder Peabody. Mr. Warren began his career as a landman in the Gulf Coast region with Amoco, where he spent six years. Mr. Warren is the managing member of Canton Investment Holdings, LLC. Mr. Warren holds a B.A. from the University of Mississippi, a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at U.C.L.A.

W. Howard Keenan Jr.

W. Howard Keenan, Jr. has served as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since 2004. Mr. Keenan has also served as a director of Antero Midstream Corporation since the closing of its simplification transaction in March 2019. Mr. Keenan has over thirty years of experience in the financial and energy businesses. Since 1997, he has been a Member of Yorktown Partners LLC, a private investment manager focused on the energy industry. From 1975 to 1997, he was in the Corporate Finance Department of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and active in the private equity and energy areas, including the founding of the first Yorktown Partners fund in 1991. He is serving or has served as a director of multiple Yorktown Partners portfolio companies. Mr. Keenan holds an B.A. degree cum laude from Harvard College and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.

Robert J. Clark

Robert J. Clark has served as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since October 2013. Mr. Clark has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 3 Bear Energy, LLC, a midstream energy company with operations in the Rocky Mountains, since its formation in March 2013. Prior to the formation of 3 Bear Energy LLC, Mr. Clark was president of Bear Tracker Energy, which he formed in 1996 and which he operated until its sale in 2013. Prior to 1996 Mr. Clark served in various executive positions with SOCO Gas Systems, Inc., Snyder Oil Corporation, Ladd Petroleum Corporation, an affiliate of General Electric, and NICOR, Inc. Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University and his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Clark is a member of the board of trustees of Bradley University and serves on the board of trustees of Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation.

Benjamin A. Hardesty

Benjamin A. Hardesty has served as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since October 2013. Mr. Hardesty has been the owner of Alta Energy LLC, a consulting business focused on oil and natural gas in the Appalachian Basin and onshore United States, since May 2010. Prior to forming his consulting business, from 2007 until his retirement in 2010, Mr. Hardesty was president of Dominion E&P, Inc., a subsidiary of Dominion Resources Inc., which was engaged in natural gas exploration and development in North America. From 1995 to 2007, Mr. Hardesty served in various executive positions for affiliates of Dominion. From 1982 to 1995, Mr. Hardesty served in executive positions with Stonewall Gas Company and Development Drilling Corp. Mr. Hardesty received his Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University and his Master of Science-Management degree from The George Washington University. Mr. Hardesty served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Army Security Agency. Mr. Hardesty is a director emeritus and past president of the West Virginia Oil & Natural Gas Association and past president of the Independent Oil & Gas Association of West Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Hardesty is a trustee and past chairman of the Nature Conservancy of West Virginia and a member of the board of directors of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hardesty serves as a member of the Visiting Committee of the West Virginia University School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering.

Joyce McConnell

Joyce E. McConnell has served as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since February 2018. Ms. McConnell has served as the President of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado since March 2019. Prior to this position, Ms. McConnell served as Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at West Virginia University beginning in 2014. She joined the West Virginia University College of Law faculty in 1995, became a full professor in 1998, and the Thomas R. Goodwin Professor of Law in 2002. Prior to being named Provost, Ms. McConnell served two terms as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and became the Dean of the College of Law in 2008. Ms. McConnell started her career in 1984 as a Clinical Fellow at The Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. subsequently joined the faculty of the City University of New York, where she earned tenure in 1992 and taught for eight years. Ms. McConnell is a nationally recognized scholar as well as a national and state leader. In the past, Ms. McConnell served as President of the West Virginia Bar Association and also served on West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin's (now Senator Joe Manchin) Judicial Reform Commission with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.

Paul J. Korus

Paul J. Korus has served as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since December 2018. Mr. Korus was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cimarex Energy from September 2002 until his retirement in 2015, and held the same positions with its predecessor, Key Production Company, from 1999 through 2002. Mr. Korus was a senior research analyst with Petrie Parkman & Co from 1995 through 1999. He also held positions in corporate planning and investor relations with Apache Corporation from 1982 to 1995. Mr. Korus graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Dakota.

Vicky Sutil

Vicky Sutil has served as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since October 2019. Ms. Sutil was previously with California Resources Corporation serving as Vice President of Commercial Analysis for CRC Marketing, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Ms. Sutil worked in a variety of corporate and asset level capacities with Occidental Petroleum both upstream and midstream from 2000 to 2014. She began her career serving in a number of project management and commercial roles across both the upstream and downstream businesses at ARCO and Mobil Oil between 1988 and 2000. Ms. Sutil served as Occidental’s representative on the boards of the general partners of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. until 2015, and currently serves on the board of Delek U.S. Holdings. Ms. Sutil is currently working with SK E&P Company focusing on strategic planning and has served in that role since 2017. Ms. Sutil received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a petroleum emphasis from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Pepperdine University School of Business and Management.

Tom Tyree

Tom Tyree has served as a director of Antero Resources Corporation since October 2019. Mr. Tyree is currently the Chairman of Northwoods Energy LLC, an upstream oil and gas company that he founded in January 2018. Previously, Mr. Tyree was a co-founder and served as President, Chief Financial Officer and a Board member of Vantage Energy, LLC from 2006 until its sale to Rice Energy Inc. in October 2016. Prior to Vantage, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Bill Barrett Corporation from 2003 through 2006. Before transitioning to the industry side at Bill Barrett Corporation, Mr. Tyree was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1989 to 2003, focused on strategic advisory and financing transactions primarily with energy and industrial companies. Mr. Tyree currently serves on the board of Bonanza Creek Energy, an oil and gas company focused on the DJ Basin of Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and currently serves as a member of the Colgate Board of Trustees. Mr. Tyree received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
