Antero has over 148,000 net acres of leasehold located in eastern Ohio in the rich gas/condensate window of the Utica Shale Play.

  • Production in the Utica Shale averaged 526 MMcfe per day in the first quarter of 2016. The net daily production figure includes approximately 21,600 Bbls per day of NGLs and oil
  • Antero has drilled and completed 121 horizontal Utica Shale wells in its core area, all of which are online
  • Antero is processing its production at Seneca 1, a new 200 MMcf per day cryogenic processing facility located in Noble County, Ohio that went into service November 2013. A second 200 MMcf per day plant, Seneca 2, went on line in February 2014 and a third Seneca plant, Seneca 3, went into service July 2014. A fourth 200 MMcf per day plant, Seneca 4, went into service in late June 2015, and a fifth, Seneca 5, went into service in mid-September 2015.
