Antero has 63,000 net acres of leasehold in the Piceance Basin, located on the western slope of Colorado.

• Antero began initial gas sales in June 2006 and currently has 56 MMcfe per day of gross operated production or 60 MMcfe per day net including non-operated production.  The net daily production figure includes approximately 3,600 Bbls per day of NGLs and oil. 
• Antero conducting pad drilling approach – multiple wells are drilled from one two-acre drilling site.
• Antero has drilled and completed over 200 vertical and directional wells in the Basin and is in the process of drilling and completing 11 additional vertical wells.
• Antero is operating one drilling rig in the Piceance Basin.
• Antero has constructed its own gathering system comprised of 30 miles of 8 and 12 inch pipe.
