How do I change my address?

Print out the Change of Address Form, fill in your updated address information, and return a copy via mail or email to the contact information below:

If you are unable to print the Change of Address Form, please mail or email the following information to the address above:

  • The full name on the account
  • The owner/payee number
  • The old address

What is a Division Order?

Division Order paperwork is generally issued following the production of oil and gas where your property is located. The paperwork includes your decimal interest, interest type, property name, property number, and owner number.

Transfer of interest? Change of ownership? Death notice?

  • Copy of the probated and recorded will
  • Administration filings
  • Copy of the trust document if applicable

Deed/Conveyance of property
  • Copy of the recorded deed from the county wherein the property is located
Updates to Title

What is an owner/payee number?

Your owner/payee number is unique to your interest and revenue checks. Owner/Payee numbers are located in the upper right-hand corner of your check detail, or in the middle of your division order paperwork above your address. Whenever in communication with the Owner Relations department, please have your owner/payee number ready.

When should I expect to receive my revenue check or ACH/direct deposit?

Revenue checks and ACH payments are typically processed on the last business day of each month. Payment is only issued when your revenue balance exceeds $25. We are unable to provide check amounts or details over the phone for personal security reasons.

How can I set up direct deposit?

Print out the Direct Deposit Form and follow the instructions provided. Please mail the completed ACH form and a voided check, or email a copy of the form and check to the contact information below:

Lost revenue check?

If you have not received your royalty payment by the 15th of the month, please contact payment inquiries at (303) 357-6440 and leave a detailed voicemail or email paymentinquiries@anteroresources.com

When should I receive my 1099?

1099 forms are mailed out no later than January 31st of each year. If you have not received a 1099 by February 15th, or have questions concerning your 1099, please use the following contact information:

Where is my property located?

If your property is located in West Virginia, Declaration of Pooling documents are recorded in the county courthouse of the county wherein the property is located. Generally, these recorded documents may also be found on the county website.


If your property is located in Ohio, Declaration of Unitization documents are recorded in the county courthouse of the county wherein the property is located. Please contact the courthouse for a copy.
