Glen C. Warren, Jr.

  • Lehman Brothers, Dillon Read and Kidder Peabody: 10 years as a natural resources investment banker focused on equity and debt financing and M&A advisory.

Kevin J. Kilstrom

: VP – Production
  • Antero Resources: VP – Production since June 2007.
  • AGL Energy: Manager Petroleum Engineering for Australian coal bed methane projects from April 2006 to June 2007.
  • Marathon Oil: Consultant and Asset manager between 2003 and April 2006 for Marathon North Sea Production from three Marathon-operated platforms with gross operated production of over 160,000 Boe/d. Business Unit Manager for Marathon’s Powder River coal bed methane assets from October 2001 to October 2003.
  • Pennaco Energy: Operations Manager and reserve engineer from July 1999 until October 2001.
  • Amoco/BP: 23 years focused on economic evaluation, planning, project development and engineering.

Ward McNeilly

: VP – Reserves, Planning & Midstream
  • Antero Resources: VP since August 2011. Manager of Engineering from October 2010 to August 2011.
  • BHP: Gulf of Mexico Operations Manager from August 2007 to October 2010. Led start up of several deepwater fields (Shenzi, Neptune and Genghis Khan) and responsible for day-to-day operations including gross operated production of over 160,000 Boe/d as well as planning and budgeting.
  • BP: From January 1999 to July 2007 served numerous roles including Asset Manager for Nakika and Project Manager for Mad Dog both in deepwater Gulf of Mexico and Asset Manager for ETAP in the North Sea.
  • Amoco: From January 1979 until January 1999 served in numerous engineering, operations and project management roles in the North Sea, the Rockies, the Mid East and East Africa.

Robert E. Mueller

: VP – Geology
  • Antero Resources: VP – Geology since 2005. Chief Geologist since 2002. Led Antero’s geologic team, seismic acquisition efforts, and actively worked with landowners to minimize the surface impact of drilling operations through drilling pad placement.
  • Williams: Director of Raton Basin asset team in 2001 and 2002. Led the drilling of 150 CBM wells.
  • Barrett Resources: Geologist from 1996 until 2001 focused on Raton and Piceance Basin operations as well as new play development.
  • North American Resources: 3 years focused on tight sands reservoirs in Green River Basin.
  • Amoco: 11 years focused on Greater Green River, Uinta and Piceance Basins and Utah/Wyoming Thrust Belt.

Brian A. Kuhn

: VP – Land
  • Antero Resources: VP – Land since 2002. Led Antero’s acquisition of over 70,000 net acres in the Barnett Shale Play.
  • Marathon Oil: Head of Denver land department in 2001 and 2002.
  • Pennaco Energy: VP of Land from 1998 until sale to Marathon in early 2001; acquired over 650,000 net acres in the Powder River Basin.
  • Barrett Resources: Division landman from 1993 to 1998 focused on Rockies and Mid-Continent.
  • Amoco: 13 years as a landman in Denver.

Mark D. Mauz

: VP – Gathering, Marketing & Transportation
  • Antero Resources: VP – Gathering, Marketing & Transportation since April 2006.
  • Duke Energy Field Services: 13 years of midstream and marketing experience with Duke and its predecessors PanEnergy Field Services and Associated Natural Gas. Most recently, Managing Director for Rockies region. Extensive experience in gas supply, processing and transportation arrangements, as well as midstream acquisitions in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Amoco: 3 years of natural gas marketing experience in the Rockies and West Texas. 9 years as a landman in Alaska and the Mid-Continent Region.

Alvyn A. Schopp

: VP – Accounting & Administration
  • Antero Resources: VP – Accounting & Administration since 2005. Controller/Treasurer since 2003. Responsible for accounting and controls as well as treasury management with Antero.
  • Duke Energy Field Services: Executive financial and operational consultant in 2002 and 2003.
  • T-NETIX: 8 years as CFO, Director and ultimately CEO.
  • KPMG: 13 years as Senior Manager focused on oil and gas and technology companies.

Steven M. Woodward

: VP – Business Development
  • Antero Resources: VP – Business Development since 2002. Led Antero’s gathering system acquisition and development efforts in the Barnett Shale. Mr. Woodward also played a very active role in deal structuring with large landowners.
  • Dynegy: 9 years in senior business/project development roles with both midstream and power generation assets in the U.S. and Canada. Directly involved with the acquisition and development of over 60 midstream and power generation assets.
  • Reliance Pipeline Company (NICOR): Manager of Business Development. Developed and acquired over 20 U.S. and Canadian gas gathering and processing systems over a 2 year period and sold company in December 1992.
  • Western Gas Resources: Developed and acquired midstream assets in the Rocky Mountains, Permian and Mid-Continent regions in a Business Development role.
  • ARCO: 7 years as engineer in natural gas facility design, operations as well as production operations and gas marketing.
